Morning

07:00, The bus picks up guests at the central hotel and departs for Chau Doc, beginning the Can Tho – An Giang – Chau Doc – Tra Su 1–day tour. Following National Highway 91, guests will pass through Long Xuyen – the capital of An Giang and the hometown of President Ton Duc Thang. Along the way, guests will admire endless rice fields and typical palmyra palm landscapes of the Khmer people.

The group visits Ba Chua Xu Temple – a major pilgrimage site in the Mekong Delta, known for the annual Ba Chua Xu Festival (April 24 Lunar Calendar), recognized as a national festival in 2001. Guests may pray for peace and blessings for their family.

Arriving at Tra Su Cajuput Forest, guests will explore:

Check-in at the beautiful Kieu Bridge, then continue by “tac rang” – traditional motorized boat through the stunning cajuput forest – a recreated freshwater mangrove ecosystem of the Mekong Delta. Guests glide past lotus lakes, emerald duckweed carpets, and may also enjoy trekking on the 2km bamboo bridge – Vietnam Guinness Record. Visitors can optionally experience the traditional three–leaf rowing boat to observe storks and herons nesting (self–paid). At the watchtower, guests can view the panoramic forest and flocks of birds flying freely.

12:00, Enjoy a local specialty lunch inside the cajuput forest. Free time to relax.

Transfer to visit Ta Pa Pagoda – also called Chua Nui or Chon Num by the Khmer. Guests can admire unique Khmer architecture, experience Southern Theravada Buddhist culture, and enjoy the refreshing natural landscape on the 45m–high hill where the temple stands.

Check–in at the famous Ta Pa Field beneath Ta Pa and Co To mountains – considered the most unique rice field in the Mekong Delta thanks to the Khmer “rotational shared farming” tradition.

14:30, Depart back to Can Tho.

Arrive in Can Tho. Check in at the hotel. Dinner at your own expense.

Free time to explore and enjoy street food at Ninh Kieu Night Market. Overnight in Can Tho.

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then check out.

07:00, Bus and tour guide pick up guests for departure to Ca Mau. Guests will travel through: Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu, and Ca Mau City.

The group arrives at Dat Mui for lunch, with a SPECIAL GIFT OF 1 SERVING OF CA MAU CRAB INCLUDED IN THE MEAL (HALF A CRAB PER GUEST).

13:30, Guests visit the Ca Mau Cape National Park and the mangrove ecosystem – featuring mangrove and nipa palm forests along with diverse wildlife and bird species. All of these create a rich and colorful picture of Vietnam’s southernmost land. The tour guide will introduce the history and development of Ca Mau Cape, take souvenir photos at the GPS 0001 milestone, the Ca Mau Cape symbol, the end point of Ho Chi Minh Road, and the Hanoi Flagpole – where guests can admire the panoramic view of Dat Mui with endless mangrove forests.

The group returns to Ca Mau to check in at the hotel and rest. Guests may enjoy complimentary hotel services.

17:00 Guests go to a local restaurant for dinner, then freely explore Ca Mau Night Market and enjoy local specialties at their own expense.

Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out.

07:30, The bus takes the group to Bac Lieu to visit Tac Say Church – the resting place of Father Truong Buu Diep, a well-known priest believed to bless and protect those who come to pray.

Bac Lieu Prince’s House – listen to fascinating stories about the Bac Lieu Prince, a famous wealthy playboy in Southern Vietnam during 1930 – 1945.

Check in at Cao Van Lau Theater (Three Conical Hats Theater) – an iconic architectural work representing the cultural and artistic identity of Bac Lieu.

Guests enjoy lunch at a local restaurant along the way. Free time for rest.

13:00: The journey continues as the group visits Som Rong Pagoda, locally known by the same name. This is an amazing photo-worthy destination you should not miss. Every corner of the pagoda offers beautiful backgrounds.
