2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellation by Can Tho Travel
Can Tho Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour or agree to reschedule the departure date in certain situations, including:

Receipt of an official notification to suspend operations or stop receiving guests from the local authorities after Can Tho Travel has already signed a contract with the customer. Upon receiving the official letter, Can Tho Travel is responsible for promptly notifying the customer to adjust the plan accordingly.

On the departure day, if Can Tho Travel assesses that the weather conditions are highly unsafe with potential dangers and high risks (e.g., natural disasters, floods, landslides), Can Tho Travel will be responsible for notifying customers to adjust the plan accordingly, as well as providing support and creating conditions to ensure the best interests of customers.
In these cases, if customers wish to cancel the tour, they will be refunded 80% of the paid tour fee or have the option to reschedule the tour to the agreed-upon next departure date.
2.2. Cancellation by Customers:
Before the departure date, if a customer is unable to participate in the trip for any reason, they must notify Can Tho Travel directly through written communication or send information via email or text message using the contact details confirmed during the registration process. Please note:

Cancellation after making a deposit will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit. If the customer has paid the entire tour amount, they will be refunded the difference with the deposit according to the specified regulations.

For customers who have paid the full tour amount but have cancellation requests, depending on the cancellation notification time, Can Tho Travel will refund the tour fee to the customer if there is a difference. The refund amount will be detailed in the individual customer contract signed with the company.
Refund Method:
Customers can personally collect the refund at Can Tho Travel's office at 399 30/4 Street, Hung Loi Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.
Before registering for a tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, and conditions, as well as the inclusions and exclusions in the program. In cases where customers cannot register for the tour in person and delegate someone else to do so, it is important for customers to thoroughly understand the tour program from the representative.
