Morning

At 5:30 AM, the tour guide meets guests at the end of Vo Van Tan Street (near Hai Ba Trung Street), Tan An Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. Guests board the tourist boat and begin the journey to Cai Rang Floating Market, cruising along the Can Tho River to observe the daily life and trading activities along the riverbanks.

Upon arrival at Cai Rang Floating Market, the boat weaves through numerous trading boats, offering insight into the unique floating market culture of the Mekong Delta, especially the traditional “Cay Beo” (hanging pole) trading system. Guests may enjoy breakfast on the floating market, such as the local specialty “Bun Lac” (at own expense).

The tour continues with a visit to a traditional rice noodle workshop, where guests observe the handmade noodle-making process and enjoy creative local dishes such as Rice Noodle Pizza, a specialty of Can Tho. Guests can also shop for Mekong Delta specialties, including dried fish and local products.

Next, guests visit a floating coconut candy workshop, learn about the production process, and taste the unique sugar-free coconut candy.

The journey continues to a palmyra palm workshop, where guests learn about the palmyra palm tree, a symbol of the Southern Khmer people. Guests can taste palmyra palm cakes and purchase palmyra-based products.

At the end of the tour, the boat returns guests to the original pick-up point. The tour guide thanks the group, says goodbye, and looks forward to welcoming guests again.
