Morning	05:30 AM, Guests gather at Ninh Kieu Wharf – Can Tho and board the tourist boat to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest wholesale floating market in the Mekong Delta. Cruising among hundreds of boats selling fresh fruits and local agricultural products, guests can enjoy local specialties directly on the boats. The boat continues to visit a traditional rice noodle (Hu Tieu) workshop. Guests will learn about the production process and see various unique types such as beetroot noodles, pandan noodles, gac fruit noodles, etc. In addition, guests can taste local dried fish specialties such as long-leg dancer fish, gourami dried fish, tonguefish dried fish… Typical specialties of the Mekong Delta that can be purchased as gifts. 08:30 AM: Transfer from the floating market to Con Son Islet by boat. Upon arrival, guests will experience: VISIT FLOATING FISH FARMS ON THE HAU RIVER: Over 30 large and small fish cages forming a long line along the river, featuring fish such as basa, loach, giant barb, with pearl gourami as the main species.
